Getting involved with save the planet

Save the Planet has a number of ways you can be involved and contribute to our work. You can help out during elections, help out on our non-election campaigns, or help get something going in your area. Most importantly you can help us get new members so we can register as a political party in each state and federally. At this stage all meetings are based in Victoria.

There are a range of teams and activities people can be involved in:
  • Admin Team – membership management, newsletters, accounts, merchandise
  • Election Campaign Teams – outreach, leafleting, door-knocking, stalls, fundraising, materials development, social media, media
  • Climate Emergency Plan Team (Darebin) – plan development, networking, social mobilisation, and implementation
  • Hosting a talk on climate change, delivered by Save the Planet candidates, for 3 or more people. Demolishing the misinformation and misunderstanding on climate change is the first step to a successful campaign.
